Anti-Wrinkle Consultations
Before your anti-wrinkle treatment, you’ll meet with our prescriber for a mandatory face-to-face consultation. This allows the doctor to assess your anatomy, review your medical history, and safely prescribe the appropriate treatment. Once complete, you can proceed with your anti-wrinkle appointment.

Face to Face Consultations
These are mandatory within the industry. You must see a prescriber face to face who can safely prescribe the product to you. This will be done after an assessment of your anatomy and medical history and prior to your anti-wrinkle treatment

Education is key and as a client you need to be informed that every client is different, everyone's anatomy is different, and therefore everyone's results are different. It is important not to compare yourself or your results with others and focus on your own individual journey and goals.
If I feel that you don't need a treatment, that the treatment you have asked for isn't the best treatment for your area of concern, or if you aren't a suitable candidate for the treatment you have requested; then I will either suggest an alternative that is suitable, or that I feel would deliver better results, or just say no completely.
